Even though there's a treat coming, Casper has to check out something across the way
- Spirit stays fixed on the prize.
The dogs are constantly on alert for anything out of the ordinary - including an extra treat tucked in a pocket.

There is something about the composition in this one, and the way they are facing different directions but somehow seem attuned. It reminds me a bit of the racing sled dogs paused between legs?
Thanks! I love the composition, too, and I regretted the shovel handle at first. But in the end, I think it helps to balance the whole scene. And yes, they really are like bookends sometimes, mirroring each other.
